What Agro Capital Standard is — and is not.
What is Agro Capital Standard?
Agro Capital Standard (ACS) is operated by TF Intelligence Platform S.R.L. (Moldova). The current pilot provides historical agricultural geographic observations and reports for institutional review; it does not assess a borrower.
What is ACS Bank OS?
ACS Bank OS currently provides an authorized geographic-evidence workspace with source and observation-period information and PDF reports. A separate sample workspace illustrates additional concepts. Private banking portfolios are outside the pilot.
Does ACS make the credit decision?
No. ACS is decision support. It produces evidence and analysis; the bank credit committee remains the final decision-maker. Outputs are not financial advice, credit recommendations or investment solicitations.
What do PD, LGD and EAD mean here?
PD is probability of default over a stated horizon. LGD is the expected share of exposure lost following default, after recovery. EAD is the outstanding amount at default. Their calculation and provisioning use require an approved model and the institution's accounting framework; they are outside the current geographic-evidence pilot.
What does "sample" or "evaluation" mean?
The default Bank page provides entry to the geographic-evidence pilot using an individual access key. A separate sample workspace contains clearly labelled synthetic examples — not bank data or credit decisions. Governed data stays unavailable until access is authorized; unavailable is never represented as zero.
What are the limitations?
Model outputs depend on data quality, coverage, estimation uncertainty and structural limitations. Missing data must not be replaced with an invented score — no data means no score. Available geography and observation periods are shown in the authorized workspace.
Methodology & Scope
Clear boundaries for institutional use.
Products are presented as parts of the ACS ecosystem. Availability, integration scope, data coverage and readiness are defined for each product, output and engagement.
Evidence & provenance
Each output identifies its source, observation period, geographic scope and limitations. Dataset coverage does not by itself establish model validation or scoring eligibility.
TerraScore scope
No numeric TerraScore, grade, investment class or land valuation is issued. ABI remains NOT_ADMITTED under GAP-TS-001.
Bank pilot scope
Private banking portfolios and borrower credit assessments are outside this pilot. The current geographic-evidence pilot does not assess borrower PD.
ProvableCORE scope
The audit bucket was checked on 2026-09-19: WORM storage with retention locked for 2,557 days (approximately 7 years). This confirms the bucket configuration only, not signing, ingestion or retention coverage for every product or output.
Human authority
The platform produces decision-support outputs for review by trained credit professionals. The bank analyst or credit committee remains the final decision-maker; the platform does not certify, guarantee, or substitute for any regulatory compliance obligation.

EXPERIMENTAL / NOT_ADMITTED in R1. Model lineage is contradictory across generations and validation is inadequate, so ABI does not feed any score, grade, recommendation or contractual claim.

Commodity-intelligence index concept. Any value requires a dated source, methodology, coverage and model status.
AI Act
EU AI Regulation
EU regulation governing AI. Obligations depend on intended use and documented classification; human oversight does not replace compliance duties.

Composite Market Index
The current API names CMI Composite Market Index. Its published history contract describes simulated seasonal monthly values, not observed market history. Methodology and coverage must be identified by version.
CVI
Climate Volatility Index
Seasonal climate anomaly magnitude (0-100), ERA5 2000-2026, region-year. It is an UNSIGNED anomaly magnitude: a cool/wet season and a hot/dry season can score alike, so it must not be read as directional drought or heat risk. NOT_ADMITTED for scoring in R1.
DORA
Digital Operational Resilience Act
EU digital operational resilience regulation. Service levels and evidence depend on the signed agreement; hosting alone does not establish compliance.
DSCR
Debt Service Coverage Ratio
Net operating income divided by debt service. Thresholds and any scenario estimates require a stated methodology and approved context.
EAD
Exposure at Default
Outstanding amount at time of default. Basel II component.
EL
Expected Loss
Expected Loss = PD × LGD × EAD in a defined model. Provisioning use depends on the applicable accounting and model-validation framework.
ERA5
ECMWF Reanalysis v5
ECMWF/Copernicus climate reanalysis. Each output must identify its ingested observation period, variables, resolution and dataset version.
ESG
Environmental Social Governance
Environmental, social and governance considerations. Evidence must be admitted under an approved methodology; ABI is NOT_ADMITTED for scoring in R1.

Livestock production-cost index concept. Components, weights, observation dates and model status must accompany any published value.
MC
Monte Carlo Simulation
Simulation explores outcomes under stated assumptions. Each result must identify engine, scenario count, inputs, provenance and validation status. The public API describes portfolio Rust as under shadow validation, not admitted production scoring.
MRV
Monitoring Reporting Verification
Monitoring, reporting and verification of a defined project. Carbon-market prices require an instrument, market, unit, date and source; they are not guaranteed project revenue.
NDVI
Normalized Difference Vegetation Index
Spectral vegetation index derived from red and near-infrared observations. Interpretation depends on crop, season, source, quality flags and baseline; it is not a direct measurement of yield.
PD
Probability of Default
Probability of default over a stated horizon. An estimate requires an approved model, calibration population, date and limitations. The current geographic-evidence pilot does not assess borrower PD.
